2-day in-person Fellowship workshop kickstarted in Taiwan!

This year, on September 14 and 15, along with the collaborator - Taiwan Vegetarian Nutrition Society, AAA’s Taiwan team facilitated a highly engaging workshop with their 11 fellows in Taipei, Taiwan!

During the 2-day in-person workshop, they explored topics such as strategy planning, vegan market and vegan challenge organizing, fund application, case studies from other countries, and social media management with these pre-existed university vegan advocates.

One of the highlights of these days is our fully vegan lunch bentos. The lunch was delivered in reusable metal boxes and it had a variety of balanced and yummy vegan dishes that boosted everyone’s energy for the rest of the days!

After the workshops, our fellows from 4 universities - National Taiwan Normal University, National Chengchi University, Taipei Medical University, and National Taiwan University are organizing their series of World Vegan Day events. The events include a homemade vegan food stall, vegan bodybuilding and nutrition gathering, 7 days vegan challenge, ‘No-Meat Market’ seminar, and vegan food sampling happening on-campus during October and November this year to expose more university students to the idea of a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle.
