Fostering Inclusivity at AVA Summit 2024

AAA was at the Animal & Vegan Advocacy Summit 2024 in Washington, DC, on May 16–19 🤩

Our Program and Research Coordinator, Kaho Nishibu, presented the importance of localized approach and cultural sensitivity in plant-based advocacy across Asia.

In the joint presentation “Uniting Voices: Asia,"  Kaho was among the speakers to discuss the progress and learnings from our advocacy in Asia, along with Jayasimha Nuggehalli (Global Food Partner), Fai Tse (Princeton University), and Ryuji Chua (Nekoyaki Hantaihan).

It was a great opportunity to (re)connect with other passionate advocates around the world, as well as exchange knowledge and experience to further grow our movement together! 🌱✨
